A split system keeps everything divided, splitting the warm side from the cold side. The cold side has the expansion shutoff as well as the cool “evaporator” coil. The system is placed in a heating system, or various other systems that manage air. The system strikes air through the coil, and utilizing ducts, overviews the air throughout the structure. The condensing device gets on the hot side. The unit typically rests beyond the structure.
